While I was visiting friends in Tucson, I met with Elena Ha regarding the process of purchasing a home in AZ and discussed my specifications and choices for my home search. The search for a suitable home in Tucson/Green Valley was an extensive one, but I had the exceptional support of Elena Ha and her financial experts to navigate me through the process for a period of approximately one year. Within a couple of hours after finding a home that met my needs and wants, Elena scheduled a virtual walk thru (since I live out of State) and presented my offer to the Seller within a couple of hours. By the end of the day Elena secured the approval of the Seller. Elena was very respectful and responsive to all of my questions/requests and worked diligently and thoroughly to schedule and meet all necessary inspection deadlines and provide counsel on the reports/results of each inspection offering suggestions and seeking amicable solutions with the Seller and exceeding my expectations. Elena kept in constant contact with me to ensure the sale was on track to meet the 30-day closing date. Elena’s partnership with an honorable and knowledgeable financial expert who navigated me through the loan application process throughout the year was instrumental in getting pre-qualified for a loan. After the offer was accepted by the Seller, securing the loan was quick and painless. I am very satisfied and grateful for Elena’s assistance and support throughout the process of purchasing my new home in Green Valley.

My wife and I recently worked with Elena to close on our new house! While I have lived in Tucson in the past, this was an out of state purchase. As you can imagine, buying a house from a different state has the potential to be a very stressful process. Elena worked with us from start to finish. She was incredibly flexible and hard working. We had many phone calls, texts, and video calls along the way. Prior to our visit to Tucson there were a few properties that we wanted to see but were unable to be present. Elena walked us through each property. Then we came to Tucson. Elena worked with our schedule so that we could see all of the properties we wanted to while we were there. We ended up falling in love with a property. Elena was right on top of everything! We were able to get an accepted offer in before we left town. Not having bought a house before, Elena walked us through every step of the process. I could go on and on, honestly. I can't rave enough about Elena. If you are looking to buy or sell a property, Elena needs to be the person who helps you do so. This review is written from the perspective of a buyer but I’m 100% sure if Elena was to list your property you would be just as pleased. Elena has found the perfect way (in real estate) with which to use her gifts to help people. Our most recent purchase was a new construction home with the most difficult process and partners (lender) imaginable. Every step of the way was significantly more complex and frustrating than it needed to be. And then came Elena!! Patience is a virtue that if Elena was blessed with, we did not see. Her constant contact and desire to move our process forward was easy to see and much appreciated. The questions that were unable to be answered previously were clarified completely, lender was put on notice for their inefficiency, and the construction manager ran and hid when Elena came calling…almost every day. I shudder to think how people deal with these builders/lenders without someone like Elena. All in all, we received a quality house and a great rate with perfect clarity based on Elena pushing and prodding all involved so as to keep us on track. It’s worth mentioning that Elena did all of this from over an hour away from our new home. She drove around with us and gave more than enough options to help our search. Elena communicated with us on behalf of the people who couldn’t be bothered to call us for their own respective jobs as well. The cost of her help was borne by the builder, but we would and will happily pay for her help in the future for anything in the Southern AZ area. In the end, I have to say that everyone in my life who buys a property will be referred to Elena as she is simply the best at what she does. Add to that that after a long search and longer wait for the property we wanted, it definitely feels more like old friends than an agent/client relationship. It is our sincere hope that Elena becomes a huge success and remembers those of us that may have been a little more difficult than the rest of her clients.

If you are buying a property or selling or even just looking, you need Elena whether you know it now or not. Our situation with our purchase was a weird one but Elena treated us as if we were the only client she had. This clearly was not the case as Elena is always busy, but the feeling was there. Elena went to the moon for us and I know she would for any of her clients. When we had issues with the builder that we ultimately selected, Elena had things fixed most times before we even knew there was an issue. On the rare occasion that we did find something out before she fixed it, Elena made her presence known not only to the people we were currently talking with, but their bosses and their bosses bosses as well. No one was safe on LinkedIn. After the transaction closed, Elena made us feel like old friends and brought a gift basket and drove 2 hours to share the experience with us. Please do yourself a favor and just hire her already. If you are the type of person who reads reviews before making a decision, I assure you our personality types are similar and you will not be disappointed in your choice. Elena may or may not have saved us a ton of money also, if that kind of thing is important to you!!!

Elena worked with my wife and I on the purchase of a home in the greater Tucson area. We had performed some research ourselves but being relatively unfamiliar with southern Arizona we needed some local expertise. Elena delivered that. During the process Elena was consistently motivated,, always on time to the numerous showings she organized, was well presented, and was willing to take the time to understand the customer's needs. Once we identified a property Elena rapidly executed local contractors to be onsite for the inspection process. One of those vendors identified a significant and costly hidden issue allowing Elena to negotiate a fix by the seller.
If you're looking for a hard working and professional realtor to "hustle" and get the job done.... then call Elena Ha! You won't be disappointed.
