I’m a full-time Realtor® with Realty Executives Arizona Territory, serving Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Saddlebrooke, Green Valley, and the greater Southern Arizona market. I was born in Vietnam, moved to Nebraska in 2009, and made Tucson my home in 2019. Real estate became my calling during the height of the pandemic, and since then, I’ve built my business on persistence, strategy, and genuine client care.
I’ve never been someone who follows the script. In real estate, that means I don’t just list homes or open doors—I help you think through decisions, understand your options, and move with clarity.
As a trilingual Realtor® fluent in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese, I work with a diverse range of buyers, sellers, and investors. She ensures every detail behind the scenes is handled with precision and care, helping clients enjoy a seamless experience whether they are buying a home in Tucson, selling property in Oro Valley, or investing in Southern Arizona real estate.
With a strong background in organization and client service, Kristen keeps transactions running smoothly—from scheduling and communication to managing the many details that make each deal successful. Her proactive, detail-oriented approach allows Elena to focus on providing top-tier, concierge-style service.

Transaction Coordinator
As Elena Ha’s Transaction Coordinator, I make sure every real estate deal runs smoothly from start to finish. My role is to keep all the moving parts of a transaction organized, from paperwork and compliance to deadlines and communication between clients, agents, lenders, and title companies.
I’m detail-oriented by nature, and I take pride in creating a stress-free experience for both our team and our clients. When you’re buying or selling a home, there’s no room for missed steps—I make sure nothing slips through the cracks so Elena can focus on serving clients at the highest level.
Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my dogs and enjoying nature. That balance of structure and calm helps me bring patience, precision, and reliability to every transaction.
